The James B. Moran Center for Youth Advocacy (formerly the Evanston
Community Defender Office, Inc.) provides integrated legal and social
work services to low-income Evanston youth and their families to
improve their quality of life at home, at school and within the
community.

All Clear Evanston From July 2010 to June 2011, the Moran Center will partner with numerous Evanston-based social service agencies to expunge and/or seal every eligible criminal record in Evanston. Click here to find out more! The goal of the initiative is to (1) educate residents about the importance of expunging or sealing an arrest and/or criminal record and (2) improve educational, employment and housing opportunities for residents by sealing or expunging eligible records.
